Quantum Gravity and String Theory |

This paper is a follow-up on https://ai.vixra.org/abs/2608.0002 addressing the emergence of standard model type gauge group from Robert A. Wilson's suggestion of discrete quantization group SL(4,R). Quantum fields emerge as hydrodynamic limits of dense networks of discrete spinor transformations, an application of the basic concept of spin foam vacuums as the ground state of loop quantum gravity. Spin foam vacuums were suggested to explain how a smooth, classical macroscopic geometry emerges as an effective average coarse-graining to an underlying discrete vacuum. This paper thus applies the basic concept of loop quantum gravity's ground state spin foam vacuum to obtain approximately the continuous gauge groups of the standard model from an underlying discrete Wilsonian SL(4,R) group. It is not intended to make specific predictions; just to show compatibility of mathematical techniques. The mathematics in this paper have been proof checked by Microsoft Copilot AI, since human "peer reviewers" are unavailable at present.
