The World—Universe Model (WUM) proposes that the physical World is a finite, boundless three-dimensional Hypersphere forming the surface of an expanding four-dimensional Nucleus embedded in the Eternal Universe. The Nucleus expands along the fourth spatial dimension with speed c. Within this framework, Matter is not treated as a primordial substance introduced solely through initial conditions. Universe-Created Matter (UCM) is continuously generated by the Eternal Universe within the expanding 4D Nucleus through the formation of Universe-Created Particles (UCPs).UCPs constitute a fundamental physical component of WUM. They possess definite rest energies and form a discrete multicomponent system. They participate in the formation and evolution of Macroobjects and, through specific interactions and pair-annihilation processes, in the generation of Ordinary Matter. Ensembles of UCPs carry intrinsic angular momentum, physically resembling microscopic "air vortices." WUM therefore relates the origin of Matter to the origin of angular momentum in physical systems.The purpose of the present work is to develop the UCP concept from the fundamental principles of WUM and to compare the predicted particle spectrum with independent astronomical and experimental observations. Particular attention is given to particle-specific quantitative signatures and to theoretically related UCP couples, for which correlated observational evidence can provide a substantially stronger test than isolated spectral correspondences. The broader physical roles of UCM—including the formation of the Cosmic Medium, the operation of UCP Annihilation Reactors, the generation of Ordinary Matter, and the proposed microscopic mechanism of Gravitation—are also considered.The central question addressed in this paper is: Do independently observed phenomena provide quantitative evidence for the system of Universe-Created Particles predicted by WUM? The objective is not merely to identify qualitative similarities, but to determine whether the predicted rest energies, physical products, astrophysical manifestations, and interconnected physical roles of the complete UCP—UCM system have quantitative counterparts in Nature.
